Parents, We Have a Problem! Pornography... | Join Us On Our Prayer Call

Pornography is a serious problem in our society for "children" of all ages.  What can we do? Join the Praying For Our Children series on "Pornography and Our Children" Part 2 Tuesday, April 7 from 7:00-7:30 pm (EST).   Submit any questions you may have to prayingforourchildren@gmail.com .

  

Our presenter is Celeste Curry, a native of Rochester, New York. She has been providing psychological therapy for 18 years, and considers herself a natural health practitioner.  Pornography and sexual addictions are a major  focus of her work.

The Young People's Prayer Line will be from 6:00 - 6:30 pm.   Mr. Alphonzo Dyser, a teenager will speak to his peers from the heart.  He's worth hearing!   Have your young people join for the story this young man will share to encourage his peers and their parents.

Florida Hospital for Children is Now a Praying For Our Children Partner | Prayer Blankets

In partnership with the Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando Florida, Praying For Our Children with your support, will ensure at least 100 infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) will be “Covered With Prayer”. Each of the isolettes will be “covered” with a “Covered With Prayer” blanket to ensure the infants inside are protected from outside influences that can negatively impact their development. Parents and loved ones are moved by this tangible reminder that there is power in prayer. When the child goes home the parents are presented with the blanket as a reminder to keep their children covered in prayer. Children who are transported to the hospital from other locations will also be covered with one of these blankets. 

For a donation of $25 per blanket an infant in the NICU at Florida Hospital will be “Covered With Prayer”. Donate Today!

Join us for "First Tuesday" & Our 1st Youth Prayer Call

The Praying for Our Children community will come together two times for First Tuesday, February 3, 2015.  

5:30-5:55 pm - First Tuesday For Youth.  As a result of last month's call, the young people asked to start their own prayer line.  Gary James, Founder of Renewed Hearts in Atlanta, Georgia will facilitate their inaugural First Tuesday.  Adults are welcome to LISTEN and be amazed!

6:00 - 6:30 pm - First Tuesday for Adults.  Dr. Roy Kaplan, recently elected Community Hero will present. He has been featured on the Today Show, CBS Morning Show and Good Morning America.
